OUR MISSION IS TO ADVANCE FOOD SAFETY SYSTEMS THAT PROTECT PUBLIC HEALTH BY PREVENTING FOODBORNE ILLNESS.

OUR VISION IS A FOOD SYSTEM THAT CONSISTENTLY DELIVERS SAFE, AFFORDABLE, AND NUTRITIOUS FOOD.
