Dr. Lambertini is a research team lead with a passion for building healthy food systems. Their work has centered around risk-based modeling, pathogen control in food and water, and decision analytics. Their collaborative efforts have informed industry practices and policy across a range of supply chains including fresh produce, poultry, and feed. At the Global Alliance for Improved Nutrition (GAIN) they oversee the research activities of the EatSafe Program to improve food safety in traditional markets, and other efforts at the interface of food safety, nutrition, and food systems.
